For a start-up, we begin the process jointly with you and produce a needs analysis which gives you a picture of your corporate culture and the posts you need to fill. Working together, we draw up a requirement profile.



We then present the profiles that we judge match you and your requirement profile. Along with the candidate presentation, we also send you our thoughts, analyses and summary of each role.


We then prepare advertising material on the basis of your requirement profile and select the best communication solutions to reach the target group.  The profile is our guide throughout the recruitment process and forms the basis of our assessments of candidates.

It's time for you to meet the profiles in person!  In preparation for this meeting, we coach both you and the candidates to ensure that the meeting will be as productive as possible.  After the interviews, we coordinate with you, take in feedback and put it all together.


When we have identified a number of candidates who are a good match, we contact them for a short telephone interview. If everything seems good, we carry out competence-based or psychological interviews and tests. These enable us to validate the candidates' competencies using questions linked to the required qualities. 


We collect references for the final candidates.  When we have reached agreement, signed the contract and the recruitment is completed, we always follow up the process with both you and your new colleague to ensure that everything went well.
