I was headhunted by People Partner to a retail agency where, after a few months, I was recruited as a consultant.
What are you working on today?
Customer, project, something extra fun with current) During my time at the company, I have had the opportunity to run projects in film production, project management of ambassador programs to project management of retail customer store campaigns and fairs.
Do you have a funny memory from a job you did?
The moments I remember are often the moments where, after hard work and tight deadlines, we make it to the finish line. This is when teamwork is put to the test and tight teams are created.
Do you have any tips for young people who want to succeed in your industry?
Flag, flag, flag! In our industry, as in most, everything is based on schedules and deadlines. There will be times when conditions change, or when you are faced with something that you feel uncertain about, or that you are unable to handle at the moment. Do not hold the mask and do not postpone the task until it may be too late. You risk not only your client's project, but also your role. Go to your nearest manager and ask for help. As long as you fly the flag, you take full responsibility – towards your employer, your customer but also towards yourself.
